Promoter: 

1. Spenceton Finance Solutions Pty Ltd ABN 30 627 287 423 trading as Borro

Prize:

1. A total of forty (40) tickets to Brisbane Bullets games to be won over four (4) rounds as follows:
   
   1. Ten (10) tickets to a Brisbane Bullets home game per one (1) game round.
   2. One (1) eligible participant will be selected at random per round as the winner and will receive ten (10) tickets to a Brisbane Bullets game.
   3. A total of four (4) winners will be selected at random over the course of the game (each to receive ten (10) tickets to a Brisbane Bullets game with a total of forty (40) tickets to be won).
   4. The winner will be allocated seat numbers for each Brisbane Bullets game.
2. The retail value for each lot of ten (10) tickets is approximately $280.25.

Eligibility:

1. To be eligible, participants must:
   
   1. scan the QR Code and complete the preliminary questionnaire to book a free home loan review with Borro;
   2. have a current home loan with a lender in Australia; 
   3. complete the free home loan review with Borro; and
   4. be 18 years of age or older to enter.
2. Borro may, in its sole discretion, declare that any participant is prohibited from entering or remaining in the promotion if the participant:
   
   1. disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or otherwise attempts to do any of these things to Borro, an employee or representative of Borro, another participant or any other person associated with this promotion;
   2. submits an entry and fails to comply with these terms and conditions; or
   3. engages in any conduct or omission in relation to this promotion which is unlawful, improper, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to Borro’s business or goodwill.

Entry Dates and Draw Dates:

1. The first round opens on Friday 13^th October 2023 and closes on Tuesday 24^th October 2023 (First Round). The First Round winner will be drawn on Wednesday 25^th October 2023 (Draw Date).
2. The second round opens on Saturday 18^th November 2023 and closes on Tuesday 28^th November 2023 (Second Round). The Second Round winner will be drawn on Wednesday 29^th November 2023 (Draw Date).
3. The third round opens on Sunday 17^th December 2023 and closes on Thursday 21^st December 2023 (Third Round). The Third Round winner will be drawn on Friday 22^nd December 2023 (Draw Date).
4. The fourth round opens on Saturday 30^th December 2023 and closes on Friday 5^th January 2024 (Fourth Round). The Fourth Round winner will be drawn on Monday 8^th January 2024 (Draw Date).

Winner:

1. The winner will be selected by an electronic randomizer on each of the Draw Dates (as applicable).
2. The winner will be notified by phone and email on or after the respective Draw Date. 
3. Borro will attempt to contact the winner by phone and email on three (3) separate occasions over a twenty-four (24) hour period (Notice Period) using the phone number and email address provided by the winner to Borro. This applies for all game ‘Rounds’.
4. If the winner does not respond within the stipulated twenty-four (24) hour period or is otherwise ineligible to accept the prize, a second winner will be drawn. Borro will attempt to contact the second winner by phone or email on three (3) separate occasions within the Notice Period. 
5. If the second winner does not respond within the above stipulated twenty-four (24) hour period or is otherwise ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be dealt with pursuant to the “Unclaimed Prize” terms below.
6. At Borro’s discretion, the winner may be required to sign any form or document which confirms they have received the prize and releases Borro from any further obligation or liability with respect to the prize.

Unclaimed Prize:

1. Pursuant to the terms outlined above under the heading “Winner”, where a prize is not claimed within the Notice Period, Borro will deal with the unclaimed prize pursuant to the rules and regulations in Queensland that govern promotional games.

Advertisement:

1. Borro will advertise this promotion during each of the Rounds via social media (including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).
2. The Brisbane Bullets will advertise this promotion during each of the Rounds via: 
   
   1. resharing two (2) of Borro’s social media posts in addition to making its own social media posts; and 
   2. during selected Brisbane Bullets star games on the ‘Big Screen’.

Liability:

1. Borro is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise, injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
2. To the extent permitted by law, Borro will be under no liability whatsoever for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether directly or indirectly arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:
   
   1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
   2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
   3. any entry that is late, altered or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Borro;
   4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
   5. any tax liability incurred by a winner or participant; or
   6. any person’s accepting or use of the prize.

General:

1. The winner (and any guests they invite) must comply with Brisbane Bullets Basketball Pty Ltd terms and conditions.
2. Upon entry to this promotion, the participant acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, which will be binding on the participant.
3. Each ticket grants the winner entry to the Brisbane Bullets game only. Any costs associated with travel to and from the relevant Brisbane Bullets game, as well as any promotional items, merchandise, food and drink are the winner’s responsibility.
4. Each ticket carries the same face value and entry qualifications. 
5. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable.
6. Entries are limited to one entry per person. A person who has entered and completed a home loan review with Borro cannot enter into the promotion again, notwithstanding whether that person has:
   
   1. not won a previous round of this game; or
   2. completed a subsequent home loan review with Borro.
7. Entry is open to participants Australia-wide.
8. Employees of Borro and their and immediate family members are excluded from entry to this promotion.
9. The terms and condition are subject to change and Borro reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel this promotion for whatever reason.
10. Participants who enter into the promotion acknowledge that Borro may obtain and use with that participant’s personal information. A copy of Borro’s privacy policy is available at Privacy Policy – BORRO which details how Borro may use a person’s personal information.
