Karlee has worked with Borro since 2020, starting as a Client Service Manager, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. She soon realised her passion was in Broking and completed her Cert 4. Karlee loves building relationships with our clients and helping with with their finance journey. When she’s not working her magic with clients, Karlee loves spending time with her husband and 2 kids, caravanning and going on adventures. Karlee is also a passionate volunteer with “Rosie’s – a friend on the street”, and has recently become a Deputy Team Leader on her outreach service.

With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Cara is known for her expertise in delivering comprehensive financial solutions, helping clients navigate home loans, personal finance, commercial finance, and asset lending. She is a passionate advocate in the Mortgage Broking industry and prides herself on mentoring new to industry brokers to excel and succeed.

Cara has extensive knowledge and experience as a Mortgage Broking, helping clients not only with their Home Loans, but is able to assist with Complex Commercial Lending and SMSF lending. Herself and the team at Borro pride themselves on their ongoing customer service and passion for helping their clients be on a competitive interest rate for the life of their loan.

As a recognised leader, Cara was awarded QLD All Round Broker of the Year in 2022 and an MPA Elite Women award in 2022 and continues to drive changing in the broking industry by focusing on innovation, gender diversity, and customer-centric service.

She is a Mum of two boys and enjoys spending weekends taking them to sport and getting out in nature with her 3 dogs.
