Ben joined the Borro team in February 2025 as a Client Service Manager, bringing with him a strong background in customer service and experience in financial crime. Since joining the team, Ben has developed strong skills in client communication, loan structuring, and navigating the lending process, working closely with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience from application through to settlement.
Ben has since transitioned into a mortgage broking role, where he is passionate about helping clients achieve great outcomes and guiding them through some of the most important financial decisions they will make. Working alongside experienced brokers at Borro has allowed him to further develop his knowledge of lending strategies, lender policies, and the broader mortgage industry.
Ben holds a Certificate III and IV in Business, as well as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and is currently completing his Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Outside the office, Ben enjoys spending time on the rugby league field, hitting the golf course, or catching up with mates over a beer.
